Thomas P. Napier
Tom served as Managing Director of Banc of America Securities in London where he participated in more than $4 Billion in securitization and debt transactions for US and European institutions. Prior to that role, he was Manager of Bank of America’s Real Estate Loan Syndication and Realty Finance Group in the United States. In that position, he was responsible for over $2 billion in real estate transactions and also serves as a real estate debt advisor to the California Public Employees Retirement System.
Tom currently advises financial institutions on the pricing and sale of performing and non-performing loans in the secondary market. His knowledge of the real estate debt markets offer an expertise to clients seeking valuation of individual loans or portfolios, as well as, an effective financial structure for the sale or purchase of these loans.
Tom is a graduate in economics from St. Francis College in New York and is a member of the Lambda Alpha (an Honorary Land Economics Society) and Licensed California Real Estate Broker.
